T Cell Discovery in Mice May Lead to Development of Fungal Vaccines
A mouse study by researchers at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine demonstrated that a specific type of T cell produces cytokines that are necessary for the body to acquire immunity against fungal pathogens.
