Hybrid Model for RNA Bioprocessing
Researchers at Northeastern University in Boston have created a hybrid model to better understand how RNA’s structure and functional dynamics control biological systems. This modeling strategy combines mechanistic information and machine learning, and it characterizes the interdependence of biomolecular structure and functional dynamics from atomistic to macroscopic levels. It can facilitate the development of a digital twin for integrated drug discovery and manufacturing processes.
