Repligen has launched the KrosFlo RS 10, a bench-scale tangential flow filtration (TFF) system. According to the company, the system was designed to satisfy the growing shift toward personalized medicine, therapeutics, and new modalities. The KrosFlo RS 10 is built for small batch cGMP production. The system features end-to-end automation, choice of feed pump, flat sheet cassette and hollow fiber filter support, and optional real-time concentration measurement. The system also supports automated ultrafiltration and diafiltration processes for batch volume ranges of 35 mL to 2,000 L.
