Sensitive, direct measurement of cGAMP levels in cell lysates is now possible with the 2’3’-cGAMP ELISA Kit. Developed in conjunction with expert nucleotide scientists at Biolog Life Science Institute, this competitive assay provides improvements from the previous methods used to quantify 2’3’-cGAMP content, offering high sensitivity in the low pg/mL range. The assay enables the sensitive, accurate quantification of cGAMP levels in cells and can be used to assess the effectiveness of novel inhibitors in preclinical studies. It can assay 24 samples in triplicate or 36 samples in duplicate. The kit also features a lower limit of detection of 9.6 pg/mL (0.01 pmol/mL). Users can run assays overnight or two-hour incubation protocols without compromising sensitivity.
