The new low cell ChIP-seq kit offers a complete ChIP-seq workflow using as few as 1,000 to 50,000 cells per chromatin preparation. This surpasses the limitations of traditional ChIP-seq protocols which often require more than 100,000 cells for sample preparation. With low cell ChIP-seq, limited sample material, such as stem cells, or difficult to culture cell lines and small-tissue biopsies are no longer obstacles. The optimized protocol minimizes sample loss throughout the process. Each kit includes a highly sensitive next-gen DNA library kit to prepare Illumina-compatible libraries using as little as 10 pg of ChIP DNA. Molecular identifiers can be used to remove PCR duplicates and increase the number of unique alignments.
