Summary:

A growing number of patients rely on marijuana as part of their medical treatment or palliative care, especially as medicinal marijuana becomes legalized in more places. The Leafly app contains a variety of resources for patients who are either new or experienced cannabis users. App users can turn on location to quickly find nearby dispensaries and clinics, and “The Leafly List” provides a monthly update of the best dispensaries in a handful of marijuana hubs. The “Explore” feature lets the user browse strains alphabetically, by newest or most popular, or by medical concern, among other options. The app allows users to add dispensary and strain reviews, and even has a “Trending Strains” section on the home page. Leafly is beautifully designed and easy to navigate, though the articles and images can take a while to load. Also, the utility of the app is obviously limited to patients who are in states where marijuana is legal.
