Users can search for specific genes of interest or browse through the experiments that are available on the website and that span across organisms from humans to fungi. Each experiment includes information about the expression levels of the examined genes. Users can tailor each experiment page to show genes of a particular expression level or genes expressed only during a specific developmental stage. Additionally, each experiment includes information about its design, supplementary information, and a link to the full reference. Users are also able to download the expression values for further analysis. The website also includes tools users can download to aid with their analysis of data found on the site.
