Zoom Cloud Meetings is a great tool for hosting all of your important meetings remotely. After creating an account, users can join or create current meetings and even schedule meetings for the future. Users are given a unique meeting ID for inviting participants, and the app can connect to your phone’s contacts list so that you can invite anyone you with whom you need to get in touch. The free Zoom plan includes unlimited meetings for up to 100 participants, although there is a 40-minute time limit for meetings. Users can opt to upgrade their plan for unlimited meeting times if their institution doesn’t already offer Zoom access. The Zoom platform is an excellent way to keep in contact with collaborators while working remotely, and the Zoom Cloud Meetings app makes it easier than ever to keep in touch.
