Summary:

Chemistry students these days have it so easy. Why, when I was in school, I had to balance my own chemical equations (uphill in the snow, both ways)… With the Chemwizard app, students and researchers can quickly and easily perform a number of operations related to chemical equations. Not only does the app balance chemical equations, it will also calculate the atomic and molar masses of the individual elements and molecules, respectively, within those chemical equations. The app also includes calculators to find the limiting and excess reagents of a chemical equation, as well as to convert grams to moles (and vice versa). The app is very simple to use and has a clean, sleek design. As the app uses the device’s native keyboard it is somewhat cumbersome to enter chemical reactions, but beyond that inconvenience the app is quite handy.
