Retinoic acid receptor (RAR) gamma and retinoic-acid orphan receptor (ROR) gamma assay systems are now available in cell-based assay kits that enable researchers to obtain data in four steps: thaw, feed, dose, read. The RORγ and RARγ assay kits can go from freezer-to-data in 24 hours with no need to transfect cells or optimize assays. Each kit contains engineered reporter cells, recovery media, compound screening media, and detection reagent. They also contain a positive control agonist and a tissue culture plate.
