CellPlayer™ NucLight™ and CytoLight™ reagents are targeted fluorescent probes suited for long-term live-cell imaging assays. Available as both lentiviral constructs for cell delivery and pretransduced stable cell products, these GFP/RFP nuclear and cytoplasmic labeling reagents have been validated as non-perturbing to cells. When used with the IncuCyte ZOOM™ live content imaging system, they can enable real-time, multiplexed kinetic assays for cell proliferation, apoptosis, cytotoxicity, angiogenesis, migration, and neurite outgrowth.
