GeneMarker MTP processes up to six varying chemistries or size standards in a single analysis run. Following the genotyping of the six projects, users have access to the applications found in GeneMarker software including MLPA®, MS-MLPA, Trisomy, Fragile X, AFLP, MSI, LOH, SNaPshot®, and others. The GeneMarker MTP, which is Windows 7 and 8 compatible, can process 6–96-well plates in 35 seconds. GeneMarker MTP has applications in large clinical research settings, allowing multiple chemistries to be analyzed in a single batch, and core facilities can benefit by utilizing full sequencing plates from various laboratories.
