MAPS is modular automated processing system software for researchers who need to capture high-resolution data. MAPS software uses only image data to correlate and is compatible with any light microscope. Features in light microscopy images are used as a basis for correlation including fiducials and cellular structures. MAPS can combine light microscopy images at different magnifications with electron microscope images acquired using different detectors and at different resolutions.
