Fluorescence labeling kits will be optimized for use in IVIS in vivo optical imaging systems.

Caliper Life Sciences announced a partnership with Molecular Probes, a wholly owned subsidiary of Invitrogen, to develop and distribute custom fluorescence labeling kits optimized for use in combination with Caliper’s IVIS® in vivo optical imaging systems.

The kits, VivoFluor 680 and 750, utilize the Invitrogen Alexa Fluor® 680 and 750 dyes and allow researchers to leverage the IVIS systems’ fluorescent-detection capabilities to accurately identify and tag specific molecular targets such as antibodies, proteins, and peptides, in living animals.
