It’s Thanksgiving season, and while many of us have much to be thankful for, there are still many parts of the world where people go without food or without proper nutrition. Some people argue that the answer lies in genetically modified foods; others say “Frankenfoods” pose potential hazards to both consumers and the environment. With that in mind, how much would it affect your appetite if you knew the turkey on your dinner table was genetically modified?
