Biopharma Layoffs: Relocate or Not?

As discussed in this article, continued consolidation and patent-cliff losses by big pharma have prompted drug and diagnostics companies to step up job reductions. Eli Lilly, Baxter International, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Novartis, and Roche are among the pharma companies disclosing job cuts in 2013 up through June 13. Some recently laid-off employees are considering relocating outside of the United States. Would you do so?
